The Plan focuses on the major groups of tasks and solutions such as enhancing the engagement of the people at grass roots level; boosting up the open and transparent works; controlling the public corruption; reforming the public administrative procedure; improving the supply of public service and quality of environmental and electronic management.

Bac Giang province will step up administrative reforms to provide both citizens and businesses with better public services.

Accordingly, to increase the participation of the local people, the People’s Committee in the district and commune should pay due attention to informing about the contents to make public so that the residents know, discuss, decide, supervise and comment.

Additionally, the leader election should be well implemented in the People’s Committee in the commune, village and residential areas while strictly handling the cases violating the democratic regulations at the grass roots level.

To reinforce the index of transparency and publicity, the Plan urges to open the poor households, social policy for the poor, communal budget and other collections at the residential areas, land using plan and price….
