High profit farming models in Bac Giang province

(BGO) – Bac Giang province is home to 800 qualified farming models in line with the regulation, up 20 farms comparing to last year, the Division of Rural Development (under the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development) reported.

The farms are specialized in cattle and poultry breeding, fish farming, fruit orchard
Each farm earns some 1.5 billion VND (65,000 USD) per year on average, particularly citrus orchards of Nguyen Van Huu in Se hamlet, Thanh Hai commune and Bui Duc Long in Kep hamlet, Hong Giang commune (Luc Ngan district) bring an annual income of 3 – 4 billion VND (130 – 174,000 USD).
These farms create regular jobs for thousands of local labors with the monthly salary of 3 – 5 million VND (150 – 217 USD) per person.
