Housing projects for workers accelerated

(BGO) – Recently, Bac Giang province has accepted 17 housing projects including 6 social housing projects for workers, 11 commercial housing projects with total of 9,101 apartments covering 51 hectares with floor area of 989,427 square meters.

So far, 9 housing development projects have been basically completed and put in use while 8 others are under investment and construction period.

Particularly, two completed project included Dong Ri housing project for worker in Thanh Son town (Son Dong district) and housing project for worker in Fuhong Precision Component Company Limited in Dinh Tram industrial park (Viet Yen district).

The social housing project in Van Trung commune is under construction.

Meanwhile, two social housing projects under execution consist of social housing project in residential group No 3 invested by 379 Joint Stock Company and social housing project in residential group No 1 invested by Quang Minh Corporation Joint Stock Company.

Simultaneously, the Department of Construction has expedited the investors and contractors to speed up the construction progress of social housing projects for workers in Van Trung commune (Viet Yen district) in an area of 16.7 hectares, social housing project for workers in Dinh Tram industrial park with 411 apartments, markets and cultural houses…

Urgent relief aid provided for flood-hit households in Dong Nai
