Under the theme of “Young Volunteers for the Community”, the campaign is scheduled from now on till August 31 with several programmes and activities.

Firstly, the Exam Season Support programme will be held in June 2019 with the peak period during the national high school graduation examination and the entrance examination to the 10th grade.

The youth members in Yen The district help family of Tran Van Thanh in Bo Ha commune.

Meanwhile, the volunteer campaigns of “Red Flamboyant” will last from June to July, “Green March” and “Green summer” from June to August.

The summer young volunteer campaign 2019 strives to organize at least 1,000 voluntary activities and build 500 youth projects to join in socio-economic development. Each unit of youth union targets to support at least 50 entertainment locations for young people.

Responding to the summer volunteer campaign, Canon Vietnam Company Limited presented the project to light up the rural road in 5 districts of Tan Yen, Luc Nam, Yen The, Hiep Hoa and Viet Yen with a total amount of 250 million VND (10,700 USD).

Besides, the Online Bac Giang Volunteer Club sponsored the expense to build 3 humanitarian houses to the disadvantaged households in Yen The district while the youth union in Vietnam Korea Vocational College of Technology supported to equip for the youth and teenager entertainment sites with total value of 15 million USD (642 USD).

The youth members in the provincial and Yen The district Public Security Forces level the pavement in Lien Tan village.

The launching ceremony was followed by various activities of opening the free swimming class to student; consulting the administrative procedure to the youth; levelling 200 cubic meters of pavement in Lien Tan village, Bo Ha commune; supporting to build humanitarian house to the poor.

Additionally, the doctors in the provincial General Hospital, Medical Center in Yen The district provided free health examination and medicine to the residents as well as consulted on eye diseases to the local students.

At the same day, over 200 youth unions in 9 districts and city launched the summer young volunteer campaigns and implemented responding activities that drew the participation from thousands of youth and locals.

(BGO) – The programme of “Winter Volunteer 2018 and Spring Volunteer 2019” was launched on December 2 in Xuan Luong commune, Yen The district by the Bac  Giang provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCMCYU) and the provincial Youth Federation (YF).
