Linking supply and demand for clean food
To increase the people’s awareness, Associate Professor, Doctor Nguyen Quang Tinh in Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry informed about the actual status of food safety hygiene and current diseases; the development of African Swine Fever and prevention method; safe slaughtering procedure of poultry and castle.

At the event, leaders of the city and DARD pressed that the food producers should strictly follow the production conditions and procedures, pay attention to renewing the technology, use the varieties and breeds with high economic values as well as supply hi-quality products qualified with food safety hygiene to the community to widely and effectively implement the Action month for food safety in 2019.

The customers are encouraged to select clean food with clear origin so as to accompany the governmental managing agencies to prevent the violation in quality and food safety hygiene.
On the occasion, representatives of Hai Thinh Nutrition Joint Stock Company (Bac Ninh province), some collective canteens, restaurants, hotels and supermarkets inked the memorandum of understanding and coordination agreement on supplying and consuming the safe farm produce and food.

At the event, many facilities showcased and promoted the clean agricultural products and safe food such as Tin Nhiem Clean Pork in Dong Son commune, Thang Thuy Rice Vermicelli and Cake in Da Mai ward, Ke Rice Cracker and Noodle, Da Mai Safe Vegetables among others.
