The newly constructed buildings include CT.1-3; CT.1-4 and CT.1-5, each has 30 floors and one basement with about 1,300 apartments. As schedule, the buildings will be completed in 2024 to provide houses for workers at the industrial clusters and parks in the province.

The construction of CT.1-1 building in Nenh town is accelerated to put in use soon.

Previously, CT.1-1 and CT.1-2 buildings were constructed with sufficient condition for housing business in the future with more than 830 social apartment.

So far, 5 out of 10 buildings under social housing projects have been commenced to provide more than 2,100 apartments for workers.

The social housing project for worker is invested by consortium of Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, Evergreen Bac Giang Sustainable Development Investment Joint Stock Company on total area of 3.2ha. After completion, the project will meet the housing demand of some 12,000 workers.

Bac Giang implements housing rental assistance policy for workers

(BGO)- The People’s Committee of Bac Giang province has issued the plan to implement the Prime Minister’s Decision No 08/2022/QD-TTg dated March 28, 2022 (Decision 08) regulating implementation of housing rental assistance policy for workers in the province.
