Besides, they have provided loan support solutions with the preferential annual interest of 4 – 8 percent, lower than the popular interest rate via such programmes of accompanying with big enterprises; following export business; providing the special short-term loan to wholesaler among others.

Several companies have accessed big preferential loans including 26 billion VND (1.1 million USD) to Haem Vina Company Limited (Viet Yen district) and 28 billion VND (1.2 million USD) to Bac Giang Garment Joint Stock Company (Bac Giang city).
