It was invested by the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Viet Yen District. The winning bidder for the construction was Tan Thinh Construction Company Limited.

The project is designed in 2 parts, including the bridge and the route. The bridge was newly invested in and built with reinforced concrete to cross provincial road 295B on ring road IV.

Total design length is 383.18 m, of which bridge stretches 178.1 m, retaining wall and barrier is 205 m; bridge cross section is 12 m. The design velocity is 60 km/h with design load HL93.

The project received total investment of 180 billion VND (7.6 million USD) from the district and provincial budget. As schedule, it is executed from 2022-2024.

The construction was started on March 22, 2023. The bridge was connected on September 23, 2023 and opened to traffic on October 12, 2023, 13 months ahead of schedule. It helps create favorable conditions for workers and people to travel to the industry parks.
