Provincial leader welcomes Japanese Group Morinomiya

(BGO) – On March 25, Vice Chairman of the Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Le Anh Duong welcomed a working delegation from Japanese Group Morinomiya at the PPC Office led by Yoshihira Kojima – Vice President of the Group. 
At the meeting, Yoshihira Kojima briefed the host on the Morinomiya as an educational group with two educational facilities of Morinomiya University of Medical Sciences and Morinomiya College of Medical Sciences which are specialized in training nurses and physiotherapy staff.

Morinomiya Group also planned to establish a Japanese Language Facility to train the Japanese to foreigners in April 2019. When entering this facility, the foreign students will spend two years on studying Japanese and another two years on nursing at Morinomiya College of Medical Sciences.

After completing 4 years of studying, they will be granted a Japanese certificate on nursing and obtain various working opportunities at Japanese hospitals.

According to Yoshihira Kojima, Bac Giang was the first province Morinomiya Group selected to cooperate, hence wishing to present a scholarship programme to about 15 students in the province per year, including 02 years to study Japanese and 02 years to study at medical college with 50 percent and 100 percent scholarships.

On his turn, PPC Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong expressed his sincere thank for the kind attention from the Morinomiya Group to Bac Giang province. Also, he requested the guest to provide more detailed information on the scholarship programme to local students such as condition, quantity and time among others.

He also assigned the provincial sectors with the Ministry of Training and Education as the contact point to communicate about the programme to all high school students in the province and add the content to their vocational guidance agenda while connecting the group with the local agencies which are specialized at overseas studying so that both sides can discuss for future cooperation.

Building friendship school from Japanese aid
(BGO) - With the aid from the Asia Education and Friendship Association (AEFA), more than 48,000 USD has been used to build infrastructure facilities at Ngoc Tan, a location of the Ngoc Son Primary School (Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province).

Strengthening cooperative ties between Bac Giang province and Japanese partners
(BGO)- A working delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) headed by Deputy Minister Vu Hong Nam, Ambassador of Vietnam to Japan for the period of 2018-2020, paid a working visit to Bac Giang province on 16 October about strengthening foreign affairs and developing cooperative ties between Bac Giang and Japanese partners. The delegation was welcomed by Duong Van Thai, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee (PPC) and leaders of some related agencies.

(BGO) - September 21, 2018 marks 45 years since Japan and Vietnam officially established their diplomatic relations. During that process, the Country of the Rising Sun has given to Vietnam in general and Bac Giang in particular good sentiments which are marked by investment works and projects, humanitarian programmes and cultural exchanges.
 
Strengthening diplomatic relation with Japanese partners
(BGO) – On the 45th anniversary of Vietnam – Japan diplomatic relation September 21 (1973 - 2018), representatives of leader from the Bac Giang provincial Department of Foreign Affairs (DoFA) on September 12 visited and extended the congratulation to some Japanese enterprises in Dinh Tram Industrial Park (Viet Yen district), including Vietnam Surteckariya Company Limited, Vietnam Sanwa Production Company Limited, Dovan Company Limited and Vietnam Yokoi Mould Company Limited.
