Omega Plus Books will support individuals and units who want to build community bookcases, equivalent to libraries of 100, 200 or 500 books.
A representative from Omega Plus Books said that this programme aims to support the development of reading culture in the community, spread knowledge among the community, and support the movement "Lifelong learning".

Specifically, the programme will support entrepreneurs who want to build libraries for the community as well as enterprises, individuals and groups, who wish to build libraries for families, homelands, schools and hospitals.
The assistance packages include 5 million VND (for a library of 100 books with a total cover price of up to 30 million VND), 10 million VND (for a library of 200 books with a total cover price of up to 60 million VND), and 20 million VND (for a library of 200 books with a total cover price of up to 150 million VND).
The list of titles in this programme is in different themes, from the history of Vietnam and the world, politics, economy, physical science, children's literature, education, medicine, arts and music.
