Eligible recipients include union members and officials with outstanding work performance, active participation in union activities, or those facing financial difficulties and low incomes.

They can use the vouchers to purchase consumer goods on the programme’s official online platform, organised by the VGCL (website: http://chotet.congdoan.vn/) or via the programme’s mobile application.

Shopping is available from 00:00 on December 20, 2025 to 24:00 on December 23, 2025 for union officials, and from 00:00 on December 24, 2025 to 24:00 on January 18, 2026 for union members.

Several industrial parks have been allocated large numbers of vouchers, including Quang Chau (over 1,500), Que Vo (over 1,100), Van Trung (more than 1,000) and Yen Phong (800).

This initiative is part of broader union efforts to expand welfare support for members, especially ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday.
