Accordingly, the opening ceremony will be scheduled in the morning of April 30 at the stadium in Tien Luc commune, featuring the rituals of water procession, palanquin procession, dragon and lion dancing, incense offering and god worshipping, among others. The procession of the teams participating in the festivals and announcement of the decision will be organized before the opening ceremony.
