Bac Giang connects and consults job to young labours
The event targeted to youth members and young labours demanding to find a job in and outside the country as well as vocational training course. It also was opportunity for unemployed workers due to Covid-19 pandemic when returning to homeland.

The platform attracted several businesses from many localities of Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Hung Yen, Vinh Phuc and Hanoi city to employ about 60,000 people.
The job transaction platform provided participants with knowledge of legal policy about labour, job, vocational training and unemployment insurance. The consultants informed them about domestic and foreign labour markets, vacant positions and assisted in labour supply – demand connection.
Depending on the actual situation, the consultants introduced suitable jobs at companies and manufacturing facilities to specific labours.
At the event, the participating workers were directly interviewed by the employers while the vocational trainees received online instruction at the local bridge points.
Previously, the provincial Youth Union’s Standing Board directed its lower units, university and colleges in the province to widely popularize the platform to youth members and labours on demand.
