Bac Giang licenses 155 new investment projects

(BGO) – Bac Giang province have licensed and adjusted 189 investment projects for 10 months in 2019 with total newly registered and added capital of nearly 1,100 million USD, nearly doubling the same period last year.

Particularly, 90 domestic investment projects were licensed with registered capital of about 2 trillion VND (86.1 million USD), up 16.8 percent while 65 foreign investment projects (FDI) were approved totally worth 750 million USD, rising 5.1 times.

Besides, 34 other FDI projects were added the capital up to 232.5 million USD, accounting for 71.2 percent.

In October, the province licensed 23 domestic investment projects with total registered capital of 420 billion VND (over 18 million USD) and 7 FDI projects with total value of 32.5 million USD while adjusting one domestic and 9 FDI projects with added capital up to 436.2 billion VND (18.7 million USD) and 20 million USD respectively.

Also in October, there were 116 newly established businesses, up 40.5 percent with registered capital of 2.1 trillion VND (over 92 million USD), making 7.2 folds year on year increase.

In accumulation, more than 1,000 enterprises were established in 10 months (up 10.5 percent) with total registered capital of nearly 10 trillion VND (430.7 million USD), increasing 39.5 percent.
