(BGO) - Regarding the citizen in Luc Nam
district (Bac Giang province) who quickly tested positive to SARS-CoV-2 virus upon
his arrival to Japan, on September 9, Tu Quoc Hieu, Director of Department of
Health, Vice Head of the provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention
and Control (Steering Committee) confirmed that the province has promptly
reviewed the cases with close contact to him.
At September 25 night, Quat Van V (born in 1998) in Thuong Lam village, Thanh Lam commune, Luc Nam district flew to Japan to work as a guest worker. Upon arrival, V took a quick test that proved positive to SARS-CoV-2 virus. Japanese side will inform the affirmation test in the upcoming day.

After receiving the information, the province and district instructed immediate review and found out 5 people with direct contact to V (F1) and 20 F2 cases.
F1 cases (including father, mother, younger sister, girl friend and driver) were taken to concentrated isolation site at the provincial Center of National Defence and Security Education while the F2 cases are under self isolation at residential places.
The provincial Center of Disease Control took the specimen of 5 people with direct contact to V for testing which showed negative result for the first time.
Recently, V has studied Japanese at a foreign language center in Hanoi and returned to home in Thuong Lam village fews day prior to the departure date.
The Steering Committee in Luc Nam district urged the People’s Committee in Thanh Lam commune to inform and instruct the urgent preventive measures to V’s family in the commune while ordering the cases with close contact to take immediate isolation and reviewing the people with close contact.
Commercial banks in Bac Giang pledge to fuel enterprises to overcome difficulties caused by Covid-19

provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee and State Bank of Vietnam (SBV),
the State Bank in Bac Giang province, the provincial Business Association and
Young Entrepreneurs Association jointly held a conference on 15 September to
seek solutions for surmounting difficulties in loans and payment of enterprises
and cooperatives affected by Covid-19.

The provincial People’s Committee of Bac Giang province on 10 September
afternoon held an online meeting with the districts and city on the measures
for the pandemic prevention and control. Permanent Vice Chairman of the

Head of the provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 prevention and control
chaired the meeting.
Bac Giang: 2 out of 6 Covid-19 patients recover
(BGO) – According to the
Ministry of Health’s announcement on August 31, two Covid-19 patients in Bac
Giang province including patient 673 (male, 34 years old) and patient 744 (daughter
of patient 673, 7 years old) in a family with 6 Covid-19 patients in Dong Chu
village, Yen Dinh commune (Son Dong district)
were given the all-clear.
Health of 5 among 6 covid-19 patients in Bac Giang greatly improved
(BGO)- According to
information from the Department of Health of Bac Giang province and the National Hospital of Tropical
Diseases, Facility No 2, health condition of 5 patients in
the family with 6 Covid-19 infected cases in Yen Dinh commune, Son Dong
district have been stably improved.
