The project, to be developed by GVIET Architecture Joint Stock Company, will cover an area of about 3.38 hectares. It will include three 12-storey social housing blocks, each with one basement level, providing around 1,023 apartments for an estimated population of 2,170 residents.

In addition, low-rise housing will be built on three land plots totaling 3,680 square metres, featuring 38 terraced houses with a maximum height of seven storeys, in line with the approved detailed planning scheme.

The development will also include integrated technical infrastructure, green spaces, playgrounds, parking areas and public facilities to meet residents’ daily needs.

Total investment is estimated at nearly 1.1 trillion VND (41.7 million USD), with the investor contributing about 20.05% and the remainder to be mobilised from other sources.

The project will have an operational term of 50 years and is scheduled for completion within 48 months from the date of investment approval.

The initiative is part of efforts to implement the government’s target of developing at least one million social housing units between 2021 and 2030, while helping to expand housing supply for low-income residents and industrial workers in the province.
