Bac Ninh launches Mangala Complex urban-commercial project
BAC NINH - Construction began on the Song Khe - Noi Hoang mixed housing and commercial service project, known as Mangala Complex, in Tien Phong Ward, local authorities said.
Pham Van Thinh, Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh People’s Committee, attended the groundbreaking ceremony on May 17 alongside representatives from provincial departments and agencies.

Developed by Abey Holdings JSC, the project follows an “Industrial Hub Living” model targeting experts, skilled workers and investors in Bac Ninh’s industrial zones.
Mangala Complex has a total investment of about 1.852 trillion VND (71.4 million USD) and covers roughly 2.12 hectares. The development will include 727 units, comprising 667 high-rise apartments and 60 dual-frontage commercial shophouses.

According to the project timeline, construction of the shophouse section is expected to take 12 months, while high-rise components are scheduled for completion within 18 to 24 months.
Speaking at the ceremony, the provincial leader Pham Van Thinh said the project would help improve urban infrastructure, expand development space and enhance the quality of urban services in the province.
He said Bac Ninh was entering a new development phase with ambitions to become a regional and global hub for electronics manufacturing, semiconductors, artificial intelligence and high technology.
“With rapid industrial and urban development, demand is increasing for modern and integrated living spaces for experts, entrepreneurs and high-quality workers,” Thinh said.
The Vice Chairman praised the project’s multi-functional urban development orientation, saying it would meet demand for housing, commerce and services while improving the local landscape and strengthening the province’s investment appeal.

He urged the investor to mobilise resources to ensure the project is implemented on schedule, complies with construction and labour safety regulations, and meets environmental and fire prevention standards.
The provincial leader also called on local authorities and relevant agencies to continue supporting the investor and promptly resolve difficulties in line with legal regulations while strengthening supervision to ensure the project meets its development goals.
Officials and project representatives performed the groundbreaking ceremony to officially commence construction.
