Particularly, the social housing project BelHomes Sky in Tu Son ward invested by VSIP Bac Ninh has been implemented within the VSIP Bac Ninh urban and service area.
Right after the construction commencement ceremony, the investor and contractor quickly started constructing the project items.
“As we know this project serves social welfare purposes, we have maximized workforce, arranged continuous work and seized every hour and every day to accelerate the progress. Currently, the ground compaction and pile driving have been nearly completed. Then, we will start laying foundations and multi-storey construction. It is expected to hand over houses to citizens in the first quarter 2027”, said Le Thanh Nghi, site manager of the project.
The social housing project BelHomes Sky is constructed on an area of over 10,300 square metre including 3 apartments (one 10-floor building and two 15-floor building), which will provide 540 houses after completion.
Similarly, Viet Uc Trading Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (in Hanoi) has been arranging overtime work shifts to construct the intersection under the investment project for infrastructure development of Que Vo II industrial park (phase 2) in Phu Lang commune despite cold weather with dense fog at night.
Apart from construction of the intersection, other items like the internal roads, water drainage and wastewater treatment systems have been accelerated.
The 2nd phase of the Que Vo II industrial park infrastructure development project invested by Nhan Dat Company Limited covers 277.6 hectares with the total investment of approximately 3 trillion VND (about 114 million USD).
The project is located on the national highway No 18 connecting to the backbone expressway network including Noi Bai- Ha Long- Mong Cai, Hanoi-Lang Son and Hanoi-Hai Phong.
The industrial park is only 10km from Gia Binh international airport, 60km from Noi Bai international airport and conveniently connected to Hai Phong and Cai Lan sea ports.
These conditions create an optimal logistics network, helping enterprises reduce production and business costs within the industrial park. The project developer aims to hand over the land to secondary investors for factory construction by June 2026.
In line with the 2 above projects, hundreds of investment projects have been implemented in the entire province. Particularly, 4 major projects were commenced on 19 December 2025 ahead of the 14th National Party Congress including 2 industrial park infrastructure projects and 2 social housing projects with the total investment of over 6 trillion VND (233.172 million USD).
