The 75-hectare cluster, located in Van Ha ward, broke ground in September 2025. It is developed by a joint venture between 595 Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and Ban Mai Company. In the photo: Workers level the ground.

Key industries planned for the cluster include electronics, electrical equipment, communications, mechanics, supporting industries, medical equipment, agro-food processing and other supporting industries. In the photo: Machinery is deployed to build internal roads.

According to the project investor, about 100 workers and engineers, along with dozens of rollers, bulldozers and trucks, are now operating on site. Construction runs in two to three shifts per day, including ground filling, soil compaction for internal roads and building drainage pits.
