To enhance cooperation in the coming period, Thinh proposed several key initiatives. Among them, both sides should establish a regular information-sharing mechanism by appointing official contact points to facilitate communication and coordination.

Bac Ninh also proposed that TEEMA collaborate in organising investment promotion programmes, business networking conferences, and thematic forums on technology and supporting industries in both Bac Ninh and Taiwan.

The province further encouraged support for business delegation visits and site surveys to help identify and advance concrete investment opportunities.

In addition, Bac Ninh suggested exploring the development of production linkages and high-tech industrial ecosystems involving Taiwanese enterprises, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the local industrial sector.

The TEEMA representative also raised several recommendations concerning the investment and business environment.

Thinh acknowledged and highly valued the feedback and proposals put forward by TEEMA and the Taiwanese business community.

The province will further enhance the investment climate by streamlining administrative procedures under a one-stop-shop mechanism and creating favourable conditions for foreign experts and highly skilled workers to live and work in the locality.

The province will also strengthen support for businesses in recruitment efforts, study solutions to stabilise the labour supply, and promote the development of worker housing and accommodation facilities, helping enterprises retain employees over the long term.

With respect to proposals related to certificates of origin (CO), inspections, regulatory reviews, and support for the business ecosystem, Thinh affirmed that the province would fully consider the recommendations and instruct competent authorities to review and address them in accordance with their responsibilities, with the aim of creating the most favourable conditions possible for investment, production, and business activities.

At the conclusion of the working session, both sides agreed to soon designate official contact points to maintain regular information exchanges.
