At the meeting, Patrick Deller discussed several contents about the proposed plan to support the facilities to some provincial schools, foster the knowledge to the teachers in charge of English teaching at some schools in Bac Giang province.

Pham Duong Tuyen, DoFA Deputy Director briefed the guest on the provincial socio-economic situation and discussed the issues relating to the project of building the playground to students at Mai Trung No.1 Primary School in Hiep Hoa district executed by Capacity Vietnam Co., Ltd in 2018.

The Deputy Director expressed his sincere thanks for the company’s facilitation and accompany with the locality in supporting the insufficient facilities; disadvantaged children who can not reach quality studying environment as well as fostering the English skill to the local students.

(BGO) - On December 17, a delegation from the Trade Union of the Republic of Korea’s Incheon city led by its Secretary-General Lee Joon-seon visited and had a working session with the Labour Federation of Bac Giang province. The leaders of the provincial Labour Federation received the delegation.

 

Bac Giang’ VK-Tech inks MOU with RoK’s Daejin University

(BGO) - The Vietnam-Korea Vocational College of Technology (VKTech) held an MOU signing ceremony with Daejin University of the Republic of Korea (RoK) on November 29 with permission of Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee.

(BGO)- The provincial Department of Foreign Affairs of Bac Giang province (DOFA)  and the People’s Aid Coordinating Committee (PACCOM) jointly held a roundtable discussion on promotion of foreign non-governmental organization (NGO) cooperation with Bac Giang on November 27 in Hanoi.

(BGO) - The Latter- Day Saint Charities (LDSC) headed by Steven Holt paid a working visit to the provincial Department of Foreign Affairs of Bac Giang province (DOFA) on November 20. The delegation was welcomed by Nguyen Quang Tuan, DOFA’s Deputy Director and related divisions. 

 

VOR’s reporters discover Bac Giang’s Quan Ho folk songs

(BGO)- The reporters of the Voice of Romania visited Bac Giang province on November 19 to make a program introducing Quan Ho folk songs and local plans to preserve and develop the traditional types of music at Bac Giang Vocational School of Culture, Sport and Tourism and Bac Giang’s Cheo Theatre. This is one of the exchange activities between the Voice of Romania (VOR) and the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) on producing the programs about Vietnam’s culture and tourism.
