Construction progress of International Logistics Center in Bac Giang city accelerated

(BGO) – The investor of the infrastructure and warehouse construction project for the International Logistics Center in Bac Giang city (Bac Giang province) has expedited the construction contractors to boost up the  backfilling work and removal of rich soil on the surface after basically completing the land clearance.

To date, the contractors have almost removed nearly 100 percent of the organic soil, dredged 50 percent of the slurry, leveled over 80 percent and backfilled over 50 percent of the execution volume while more than 500 billion VND (21.6 million USD) was invested.

A part of Bac Giang International Logistics Center is under excavation.

In the coming time, the investor will further complete the procedure to link the project to the national road no 1 and other surrounding routes; build the technical infrastructures such as internal road, water supply and drainage systems as well as promote the construction of service and commercial areas.

The project is invested by the Hai Trinh Hai Nam Financial Management Joint Stock Company (China) and executed by Hoang Phuc Management and Investment Company Limited. 

It covers more than 71 hectares of land in Song Khe commune (Bac Giang city) with total estimated investment of some 4.2 trillion VND (181.4 million USD). The contractors strive to complete the construction of commodity distribution area and a part of the warehouse by quarter 4 in 2019.
