The review proved that the total number of labourers who work with 3 month visa to install the machinery and equipment, deliver the technology, handle technical issue in less than 3 months hit nearly 2,900 people, mostly in the industrial parks (IPs).

According to Tran Van Ha, Vice Director of the Department of Labours, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA), implementing the Telegram 01 dated on February 2, 2020 from the Ministry of Labours, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA), Bac Giang province temporarily suspends to issue new work permit to the foreign labourers coming from the pandemic hit areas.

During waiting for new instruction from the Government, MoLISA and DoLISA continue boosting up the communication and popularize the legal regulation in employing and managing the foreign labourers to the organization and individual.

Newwing Interconect Technology Co.,Ltd is one of the enterprises using the most foreigners working with 3 month visa to install the equipment, machinery; deliver the technology and handle technical issue.

The DoLISA should regular review to grasp the situation of foreign labourers recruitment at the businesses, organize timely inspect when detecting any violation to apply punishment while cooperating with the Management Board of provincial IPs and Public Security to expedite the enterprises to expatriate the cases working with less than 3 month period before the visa expiry date.

Meanwhile, the Department further collaborates with the Public Security force and localities to ensure a strict supervision and management over the foreigners working at the businesses, organizations and individuals in the province.
