The original documents in Vietnamese, which will be correctly translated into English, Japanese and Chinese, will enable foreign investors to directly read, study and enforce laws in Vietnam generally and Bac Giang province particularly without interpreters to avoid misunderstanding and help them to become more confident in investment and business development.

Administrative procedures of the departments and agencies are translated into English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

According to this plan, DOFA assigned the Center for External Information and Services to focus on some following tasks until the end of 2020.

1. Revising and updating documents, administrative procedures which need to be translated

To revise and update the administrative procedures related to investment, production, business and administration of foreign enterprises then ask for opinions of the departments of Planning and Investment, Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Industry and Trade, Natural Resources and Environment and the provincial Industrial Zones Authority.

To make a list of legal documents of the province relating foreign investors.

The administrative procedures of the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs translated into Japanese.

2. Translating, editing and completing the documents

- To translate new administrative procedures of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the provincial Industrial Zones Authority in English, Chinese and Japanese.

-To translate related legal documents of the province.

3. Providing translated documents to related agencies, companies

DOFA shall provide all documents translated into foreign languages to the provincial Public Administrative Service Center and related departments and agencies to publish on their websites.

Besides, foreign enterprises will be informed of the translated documents for exploiting.
