(BGO) - Responding to the Action Month for the poor
from October 17 to November 18, 107 organizations, agencies and enterprises
donated more than 1.7 billion VND (73,352 USD) to the Fund for the Poor in Bac
Giang province as of November 17.
Several big donors included Luxshare-ICT Company Limited, Vina Solar Technology Company Limited (each donates 200 million VND), the provincial Public Security (donates 180 million VND)….

Besides, 2.5 billion VND (107,800 USD) was donated to the Fund for the poor in the districts and city which will be used to build and repair houses, present Tet gift, support varieties and deliver emergency aids to the impoverished and poor households…
These days, the Fatherland Front Committee in the province has instructed lower levels to continue calling for various sources to donate for the fund so as to help the poor overcome the difficulties in life as well as reviewing the cases with housing demand to have suitable support method.
Bac Giang’s Fatherland Front Committee calls for donations for the poor
(BGO) - In response to the Peak Month for the
Poor 2020 and the social welfare programme 2021, the Fatherland Front Committee,
the Mobilising Board of the Fund for the poor in Bac Giang province has sent an
open letter to call for donations to the poor.

Secretary of the Party Central Committee and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Tran Thanh Man chaired a meeting to discuss preparation for a programme entitled “The whole country joins hands for the poor” on October 9.
Bac Giang launches Action Month for the Poor in 2020
(BGO) – The Fatherland
Front’s Committee (FFC) in Bac Giang province on October 10 held a meeting to
launch the Action Month for the Poor in 2020 and Welfare Programme in 2021
under the chair of Tran Cong Thang, member of the provincial Party Committee’s
Standing Board, Chairman of the provincial FFC and Head of provincial Steering
Board for the Fund for the poor.
