Besides, the organization task was paid due attention with over 11,200 new members, making the total number of members in the province up to nearly 266,500 people while effectively maintaining the operational efficiency of nearly 7,000 culture and sports clubs; coordinating among the agencies to sufficiently handle the regulated policies for the elderly as well as providing free health checkup and treatment to the members...

In 2020, the BGAE will execute several tasks, mostly focusing on diversifying the member gathering methods via accelerating the emulative movement “Older age, brighter model” and the campaign “Studying and following Late President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style”.

Additionally, it will take active consultation to the local authority to instruct well implementation of the policies for the elderly and boost up the movement “All people care for and promote the role of older person”.

Longevity anniversary to be held for 26,000 older persons on 2020 Lunar New Year
