The race attracted around 10,000 participants competing across three distances: 5 km, 15 km and 21 km, bringing vibrant energy to the city’s streets.

This year’s event offers runners a unique experience as they pass through iconic heritage routes at sunrise. From the historic Tran Quoc Pagoda to the sacred Tay Ho Palace, each kilometre reflects a blend of modern life and the spiritual legacy of the thousand-year-old capital.

In the men’s half marathon, Nguyen Trung Cuong secured first place with a time of 1 hour 12 minutes 36 seconds, narrowly ahead of Duong Minh Hung at 1:12:37, while Filipov Iulian finished third in 1:16:23.

In the women’s category, Nguyen Thi Oanh claimed the title in 1:18:26, followed by Pham Thi Hong Le at 1:20:13 and Bui Thi Thu Ha at 1:22:40. This is the 2nd consecutive year she has led this event.

Previously, this year, the athlete born in 1995 had another title when she won the 21km distance at the international half marathon with a time of 1 hour 16 minutes 38 seconds.
