The Security and Order Cluster (Cluster) in the bordering area was established in 2003 including 12 communes of three above mentioned districts. The Cluster’s terrain is mountainous with many rivers and streams, making transportation difficult. Bordering communes established 64 self-management models on security and order and 3 linked models.

The Party Committee’s Standing Board of three districts: Son Dong, Dinh Lap, Ba Che sign an agreement to promote regional connectivity in 2023-2025 period.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the three district Party Committees signed a plan to promote regional connectivity in 2023-2025 period, focusing on fighting against the crime, strengthening regional cooperation, promoting socio-economic development associated with firmly ensuring national defense and security.

It also accelerates cooperation in developing transportation infrastructure systems, creating transportation corridors and economic corridors; improves the quality of new style rural building, sustainably reduces poverty and restructures the agricultural economy of three localities.

The plan aims to boost up linkage cultural and tourism development, create space for developing leisure, spiritual, community based and agriculture tourism.

On this occasion, the Chairman of Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 6 groups and individuals; Bac Giang Provincial Public Security and Son Dong District People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 18 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing coordination regulations to ensure security and order in the cluster bordering three districts of Son Dong, Dinh Lap, and Ba Che.
