Shandong media delegation visits Bac Ninh to boost cooperation
BAC NINH – A delegation from Shandong Radio and Television Station in China on September 25 visited Bac Ninh Newspaper and Radio-Television Station to share experience and strengthen cooperation in media and cultural exchange.
The delegation, led by Party Secretary and General Director He Xian Truo, was part of a broader programme of activities during the visit of Shandong provincial leaders to Bac Ninh.

Speaking at the meeting, He said Shandong, a province of 105 million people, had achieved strong socio-economic growth in recent years.
He introduced the delegation’s media operations and expressed hopes of fostering new opportunities for cooperation with Bac Ninh, particularly in news production, reporter exchanges and documentary films.

“We look forward to welcoming leaders and journalists from Bac Ninh to Shandong, where we can continue to learn from each other and expand professional collaboration,” He said.
On behalf of Bac Ninh Newspaper and Radio-Television Station, Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Trung Hien welcomed the delegation and highlighted the significance of the exchange in deepening ties between the two provinces.

Hien briefed the visitors on Bac Ninh’s economic, cultural and social development, as well as the organizational structure and operations of the province’s media agency.
He said Bac Ninh valued cooperation with Shandong and expected the partnership to enhance the quality of international communication.
Both sides shared experiences in television program production, discussed opportunities for professional development and addressed challenges facing local media organizations in a fast-changing digital environment.

The meeting underscored the role of media in promoting mutual understanding between Vietnam and China, and participants noted that closer collaboration could contribute to cultural exchange and people-to-people ties.
Following the discussions, the Shandong delegation toured the transmission facilities of Bac Ninh Newspaper and Radio-Television Station, gaining a first-hand look at the province’s broadcast infrastructure.
