Speaking at the meeting, the Vice President praised the contributors for their significant contributions and sacrifices while commending the results that Tra Vinh has achieved in its socio-economic development in recent years.

While affirming the importance of realising policies aimed at national contributors, VP Thinh asked the Tra Vinh provincial authorities to mobilise all available resource towards improving the living standards of the contributors and enhancing coordination with the sectors concerned in the search for the remains of martyrs.

She affirmed that Tra Vinh is a province with a rich revolutionary tradition and with patriotism and staunchness, the local people made great contributions in the struggle for national liberation and reunification.

The VP also voiced her expectation that national contributors will uphold their patriotic tradition and continue to inspire the younger generations to make their homeland and country ever wealthier.
