(BGO)- After
Covid-19 pandemic is under control, there have been 377 enterprises operating
in 6 industrial parks (IPs) in the entire province with more than 164,300 workers
since June 2021, up nearly 14,000 workers compared to the period before the
pandemic outbreak.
The increased number of workers is mainly in the large-scale enterprises in Quang Chau, Van Trung, Dinh Tram and Song Khe – Noi Hoang IPs. These companies operate in electronic component manufacturing and processing and solar cell production.

Crystal Martin Vietnam Company Limited in Quang Chau IP currently has nearly 10,000 workers.

Particularly, Foxconn Technology Group currently has 38,600 workers, up 18% compared to the period when the outbreak began. Luxshare Company Limited has 38,100 workers, increased by 35% while Lens Technology Company Limited has 4,400 workers, 50% higher than the period when the outbreak began.
According to the provincial Industrial Zones Authority, the number of workers increases because the enterprises have more orders at the end of year; thus the companies pay attention to recruiting employees to ensure progress of the signed orders.
In order to call workers back to work, the companies implement the regulations on the pandemic prevention for the workers such as regular tests, temperature checks and vaccination. Besides, the companies have policy to encourage workers like meal allowance, worker bus arrangement and free accommodation inside the companies.
