Another urban area approved in Viet Yen district

(BGO) – The People’s Committee in Bac Giang province
has recently approved for detail construction plan of Thai Ha Urban area in
Tang Tien commune (ratio 1/500), according to the People’s Committee in Viet
Yen district.
The planned area is located in Tang Tien commune which borders to residential and agriculture land in village No.7 to the North, frontage road of Hanoi – Lang Son Expressway to the South; Song Khe – Noi Hoang industrial park and canal T4 to the East; concrete mixing station and residential area in village No.7 to the West.

The scope for research and plan covers about 42.4 ha with total estimated population of nearly 6,500 people.
It will be a new urban area with several public and service items at unit level which are invested synchronously in technical and social infrastructures.

(BGO) – The People’s Committee in Bac Giang province
has issued Decision to approve the Planning Task of detail construction for two
urban areas covering more than 60 ha with the ratio of 1/500. After completion,
they will provide home to about 7,000 people.
(BGĐT) - The
Standing Board of the Bac Giang provincial Party Committee had a working
session on March 31 with the Standing Board of the Lang Giang district Party
Committee on the implementation of resolutions of the Party Congresses at all
levels for the 2020-2025 tenure, key tasks in 2021, as well as mechanisms and
solutions to remove obstacles.
(BGO) - Amid the complicated developments of the real estate market, the Construction Department of Bac Giang province has published lists of projects and new urban and residential areas that are eligible for transfer of land use rights and those ineligible.
(BGO) - The Economic and Infrastructure Department of Tan Yen district (Bac Giang province) has cooperated with the IDC Vietnam Infrastructure Development Consultancy Joint Stock Company to announce the detailed planning of the eastern urban area of Cao Thuong township in Tan Yen district (ratio 1/500).
