Accordingly, The DoT permits the suppliers of passenger transportation services by car including fixed- route buses, contract cars, travel cars and taxi to go to and from Thai Nguyen and vice versa until new announcement.

The suppliers are required to strictly implement preventive measures against Covid-19 pandemic in accordance with the directions of central agencies and the province. Drivers, car attendants and passengers must obey the 5K message of the Ministry of Health “khau trang (facemask) – khu khuan (disinfection) - khoang cach (distance) - khong tu tap dong nguoi (no gathering)- khai bao y te” (medical declaration)

The regulations are imposed on any person leaving and entering Thai Nguyen province. Particularly, people coming from “green zones” or localities without any new community infection in 14 days must show the negative RCR test results for Covid-19 within 72 hours. Those who do not have the negative RCR test results within 72 hours shall undergo 3-day home quarantine and be tested for SARS-CoV-2 with Realtime-PCR at least twice (once within 24 first hours and twice on the third day since entering Thai Nguyen province) with self paid cost.
