To help the locals fully understand, comfortably use the fabric face mask and avoid over using the medical face masks, the Department of Health requested the organizations and agencies to communicate, instruct and encourage the residents, enterprises, schools and units to buy and use normal fabric and antibacterial face mask to prevent Covid-19 and other diseases at the working place, office, classroom, public locations (bus and car station, market, supermarket and public means of transport).

The medical face mask should be used in needy case at the medical facilities when exposing to the Covid-19 suspected or infected cases and at the locations with high risk of infection under the instruction from the Ministry of Health.

In the province, Bac Giang BGG Garment Corporation Joint Stock Company produces antibacterial fabric face masks in line with the standard of Vietnam Garment and Textile Group with the antibacterial function tested.

The antibacterial fabric face mask can be reused.

The antibacterial function can last at least 10 times of using. After using, the user should wash the face mask with soap or normal disinfectant then hang it dry for the next use.
