Addressing the ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stressed, through 8 times of organization, the National Press Award on Party Building named " Bua Liem Vang" has affirmed the value, appeal, and spread of the Party and political system building and development of the public officials. Besides, it demonstrated the deep political awareness, work ethics and revolutionary heart of journalists nationwide.

The Organizing Board received total 2,216 entries in 2023, the largest number ever, up 184 entries compared to previous year.

Among 120 selected entries at the primary examination, the Judges’ Council decided to award 6 A prizes, 12 B prizes, 18 C prizes and 30 consolation prizes for excellent entries.

Bac Giang Newspaper wins Prize C and consolation prize at Seventh National Press Awards on Party Building

The 7th National Press Awards on Party Building, the Bua Liem Vang (Golden Hammer and Sickle) Awards 2022, were presented at a ceremony held in Hanoi on February 3. Two prized articles from Bac Giang Newspaper were “Bac Giang industry – Journey from Zero” (5 issues) written by group of journalists Hai Anh – The Phuong – Trinh Lan (Prize C) and “A faithful belief” (5 issues) by group of journalists Thu Huong – Huu Trinh (consolation prize).
