Bac Ninh enhances value of local agricultural products through digital platforms
BAC NINH- The matter of agricultural product consumption becomes a big concern for local people and authorities when every lychee season comes. While product promotion was conducted through traders, trade fairs or traditional promotional activities previously, now a new method has been stimulated by Bac Ninh province that is livestreaming on digital platforms.
Remarkably, this practice is no longer limited to businesses or pioneering individuals but has been widely spread.

More than just a new sales approach, it reflects new mindset in developing the digital economy and promoting local agricultural brands.
The first KOLs and KOCs’ Club of Bac Ninh province was established by Vietnam Advertising Association in late April.
With engagement of many content creators, tiktokers and officers from provincial departments and agencies, it is considered an important force in promoting local products on digital environment.
Besides, the Department of Industry and Trade collaborated with Tiktok Shop and communal-level authorities to organise a number of training courses for local people. businesses and cooperatives.
When farmers are capable of exploiting technology to promote their products and local government actively accompanies them in digital transformation, Bac Ninh’s farm products will have more opportunities to increase value, expand markets and sustain growth.
