Apart from universities in economic bloc, the province also pays attention to attract other universities in cultural sector because Kinh Bac (northern) region is rich in cultural tradition. Qualified human resources in cultural industry will foster its socio-economic development.

He added, the master plan of Bac Ninh province will be adjusted in coming time to align with the new stage of development after the merger. Of which, the province will prioritize industrial development to become a center for industrial production, training and supplying high-quality human resources.

In its development space, the province will shape a corridor of cultural ecosystem and university urban area linked with modern traffic infrastructure. Especially, the provincial master plan includes the development of Gia Binh international airport.

The PPC Chairman highly respected the requests by the 2 universities. The provincial government will accompany, collaborate with and facilitate them to quickly and effectively implement the projects. Besides, the province will invest in infrastructure in adjacent areas to ensure space for development and convenient connection.

In the course of implementing next steps, the PPC Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan assigned Vice Chairpersons Mai Son and Dao Quang Khai to direct the related departments and localities to closely collaborate with Hanoi University of Culture and Vietnam Aviation Academy for highest efficiency.
