The province’s total score slightly increased compared to last week (by 0.08 points), demonstrating stable growth after the sharp increase.

Bac Ninh is the only province overpassing 91 points, 2.2 points higher than the average of top 10 localities, affirming its leading position nationwide.

The Office of the provincial People’s Committee topped the list of the departments and agencies with 94.57 points.

Meanwhile, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has made remarkable progress to jump from 69.23 to 91.60 points after surmounting obstacles in data synchronization.

At communal level, Hop Thinh commune and Tan Tien ward gained 93.57 points and secured the first ranking.

During the week, 7 units were deducted 2 points due to system errors, ensuring fair and objective evaluation.

In the bottom group of the ranking, Cam Ly commune saw the sharpest increase (by 1.53 points) to jump from 99th to 97th place while Yen The commune declined 0.24 points and dropped to 92nd position.

The gap between the top and bottom units was narrowed to 4.78 points, reflecting a more even and consistent standard of service quality among localities.
