Joyful spirit spreads ahead of Bac Ninh Party Congress
BAC NINH - In celebration of the first Provincial Party Congress of Bac Ninh for the 2025–2030 term, the provincial convention center in Bac Giang ward—venue of the congress—and surrounding localities have been decorated with flags, flowers, banners, panels and slogans. A series of new projects have also been launched or inaugurated, contributing to an atmosphere of excitement and optimism among officials, Party members, and residents.
