“Kinh Bac market fair” promotes Bac Ninh’s specialties in Hanoi
BAC NINH- The “Kinh Bac market fair” takes place on Trang Tien street from June 4 to 7, bringing many specialties from Bac Ninh to consumers in Hanoi capital, combining direct experience with livestreaming sales on digital platforms.
On the morning of June 4, the 7th edition of the “Vitality of Vietnamese Goods” programme themed “Kinh Bac market fair” was officially kicked off at 62 Trang Tien street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, marking the beginning of a series of activities lasting until June 7 aimed at promoting and connecting consumers with the distinctive products of Bac Ninh province.

The programme was jointly held by the Agency for Domestic Market Surveillance and Development under the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT), in coordination with Bac Ninh Department of Industry and Trade, the People’s Committee of Hoan Kiem ward, TikTok Shop, the National Payment Corporation of Vietnam (NAPAS) and Central Retail Vietnam.
At the event space, seasonal specialties from Bac Ninh were brought directly from the production area to Hanoi.

Particularly, u hong lychee, early-season lychee, processed lychee products, and many other specialties such as Danh Mountain ginseng, yellow- flower tea, Chu noodles, Gia Binh black garlic and Luc Truc bamboo shoots have have established a strong brand presence in the market.
Right on the opening day, the lychee stall lured a large number of visitors. The trays of fresh lychee were transported directly from the growing areas to Trang Tien street, bringing the taste of the early harvest season to consumers in the capital city.
Several visitors stopped at the stalls to learn about the growing areas, VietGAP standards and production procesures before choosing products.
In line with the in-person showcase, the “Kinh Bac market fair” also promoted the products on digital platforms. The highlight is a livestream session taking place from 7pm to 10pm on June 5 on the TikTok channel of the Agency for Domestic Market Surveillance and Development with the presence of actress Anh Dao.
Many distinctive products of Bac Ninh province will be introduced to consumers nationwide via livestreaming, expanding market access channels for local cooperatives and businesses.
The “Kinh Bac market fair” will receive customers until June 7, 2026.

During the 4-day event, consumers in the capital will have opportunity to experience and purchase a variety of Bac Ninh’s featured agricultural products right at the center of Hanoi capital while local cooperatives and businesses can approach a new promotional channel to bring products to the market.
The combination between the in-person experience space and livestreaming sales is another highlight of the “Vitality of Vietnamese Goods” programme on the journey to bring local specialties closer to consumers.
