Lychee preserved for nearly one year by Vifoco Bac Giang Import-Export JSC remains fresh and of good quality. |
Following the success of the product batch, the company plans to import additional equipment this year and continue preserving lychee under Japanese standards.
The firm has already partnered with multiple growers to ensure a stable supply of raw materials.
Nguyen Xuan Viet, Director of the company, said the technology uses a “restoration” process that allows the fruit to maintain its original condition after thawing.
The company is accelerating installation work and expects the system to be ready for operation when the early lychee harvest season reaches its peak.
The preserved lychee products can be sold year-round without depending on seasonal harvests.
