PPC Chairman Pham Hoang Son expressed his delight to welcome Jiang Hong Zhai and the delegation. He stressed Vietnam and China are neighboring countries sharing the long traditional friendship, which has been developed under the “4 good” spirit nurtured by the high-ranking leaders of both countries.

The PPC Chairman expected Goertek to continue expanding its investment and production in Bac Ninh while playing the role as a bridge to introduce more foreign enterprises especially Chinese investors to invest in the province.

He affirmed Bac Ninh always respects contributions of businesses and commits to accompany, provide maximum support and timely resolve their recommendations and obstacles.

Goertek is also encouraged to foster cooperation with local enterprises to develop supporting businesses, pay attention to training and using Vietnamese human resources in managing and running its factories.

Bac Ninh is currently among the leading provinces nationwide in many governance indexes, particularly the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI), creating a favorable, transparent, and effective investment environment.
