The task force is mandated to review and directly resolve obstacles related to land clearance, resettlement and other issues arising during the project’s rollout.

The group will be led by the deputy director of the provincial Department of Construction, who will be held accountable to the Chairman of the People’s Committee for ensuring that project timelines are met.

Members will serve concurrently with their existing roles, using their respective agencies’ staff, organizational structures and official seals to carry out assigned duties.

The Department of Construction will act as the standing body of the task force, responsible for coordinating tasks, monitoring progress and compiling reports. It will also be authorized to use its seal in related procedures.

The task force will automatically dissolve once its mission is complete.
