Chairman of provincial People’s Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan inspects task performance in localities
BAC NINH - Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the provincial Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, on July 7 inspected the implementation of tasks in Nenh and Van Ha wards, one week after the new two-level local government model came into operation.
In Nenh ward, Tuan inspected and assessed the operational status of staff at the ward’s Public Administrative Service Centre.

He also listened to feedback from residents regarding administrative procedures, service attitude, and public satisfaction with the new local government model.
Additionally, he heard reports from local units on results achieved during the first week of implementation, organisational structure, and staff assignment.
The chairman acknowledged and appreciated the innovative approaches, the efforts of the local Party committees and authorities, as well as the sense of responsibility shown by civil servants, who has quickly adapted to the new situation to perform tasks in accordance with regulations.
He emphasised that in order to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation of the government apparatus, localities should further promote and expand innovative, flexible methods of professional training, particularly hands-on and practical instruction for staff.
He also underscored the importance of proactivity, responsibility, and continuous self-learning and skill updating among civil servants.
In Van Ha ward, Nguyen Dai Luong, Secretary of the ward Party Committee and Chairman of the ward People’s Council, briefed the provincial leader on local developments and personnel arrangements after the recent administrative reorganisation.
Tuan praised Van Ha ward’s Party committee and authorities for their leadership, operational management, and staff training in operating the new administrative system to serve the public.
As a ward with many key projects and arterial transportation routes tied to urban, cultural, and historical development, he expressed confidence that Van Ha would continue to make breakthrough progress in socio-economic development in the near future.

At the same time, the provincial chairman also conducted an on-site inspection of a resettlement area intended for the relocation of residents from Nguyet Duc fishing village in Van Ha ward.
Regarding the socio-economic development tasks of the two localities, Tuan emphasised the need to maintain and surpass previous levels of development.
For ongoing projects in the loclaities, he assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment, in collaboration with the Department of Finance, to study and propose mechanisms for regulating land use revenues, in order to mobilise resources for both the province's key projects and local development initiatives.
