Nearly 110,000 land records updated into database software
BAC GIANG - In October, competent units and localities in Bac Giang province updated 1,370 land records to the database software, bringing the total number of updated records in the province to nearly 110,000 records, reported the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
There were more than 4,100 records for first-time issuance of land use right certificates, nearly 65,800 land change registration and about 40,000 secured transaction records.

The localities with the most updated records included Hiep Hoa with more than 17,000, Bac Giang city with nearly 15,900, Yen Dung district with more than 14,000 and Viet Yen township with nearly 13,000 records.
Meanwhile, Son Dong district became the locality with the lowest number of updated records with about 2,800 records.
Updating land records into the database software facilitates specialized agencies and local authorities to look up and quickly resolve administrative procedures for related organizations and individuals.
BAC GIANG - According to the assessment on the National Public Service Portal, 100% of people and businesses are satisfied with the implementation of administrative procedures and provision of public services in Bac Giang province.
The northern province of Bac Giang aims to secure a position in the group of localities with best administrative reform performance.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on July 15 asked ministries, agencies, and localities to enhance the administrative reform, thus contributing to fulfilling socio-economic targets.
BAC GIANG- This time, the all-level governments, departments and agencies in the northern province of Bac Giang are concentrating on reviewing and working out plans for reducing waiting time and simplifying administrative procedures, promoting application of information technology and enhancing public officials’ competence in receiving and handling administrative procedures.
