The project aims to support the government’s plan to build at least one million social housing units nationwide during 2021-2030, while improving living conditions for low-income residents and workers.

Located in Kinh Bac Ward, the project will cover about 2.33 hectares and include high-rise social housing apartments, shophouses, transport infrastructure, technical facilities and auxiliary works.

The 15-storey social housing complex will have a total floor area of around 119,040 square meters and is expected to provide approximately 1,250 apartments. The project will also include 10 shophouses, each built with completed exterior facades, covering a combined construction area of about 1,800 sq m across nine floors and one basement.

In addition, the development will feature green spaces and shared playgrounds spanning roughly 4,651 square meters, with housing capacity for about 2,080 residents.

Total investment is estimated at 1.54 trillion VND (over 58.3 million USD), including more than 307 billion VND in investor equity, with the remainder financed through loans and other legal funding sources.

The project will operate for 50 years and is eligible for tax, land-use and interest-rate incentives under Vietnam’s social housing development policies.
