The main event will be held at the National Convention Centre in Hanoi, broadcast live on VTV1 channel, and connected online to educational and training institutions across the country.
To ensure the ceremony’s success and amplify its impact, the Ministry of Education and Training requested provincial and municipal Departments of Education and Training to coordinate with relevant agencies to hold local school opening events simultaneously with the anniversary celebration (8:00–9:30 am on September 5).
The ministry has also instructed universities and vocational training institutions to align their opening ceremonies with the same schedule.
During this time, all delegates, teachers, and students nationwide will join the programme, including the flag-raising and national anthem ceremonies conducted in unison with the main event in Hanoi.
Provincial and municipal People’s Committees, along with higher education and vocational institutions, were suggested to prepare contingency plans for weather-related disruptions, and to ensure traffic safety, public security, and fire prevention during the ceremony.
