The certified firms are FUHONG Precision Component Co., Ltd. (Bac Giang) and FUYU Precision Technology Co., Ltd., based in Nenh ward. Both companies are affiliates of Taiwan’s Foxconn Technology Group and specialize in the production and processing of electronic components and accessories.

FUHONG Precision Component Co., Ltd. (Bac Giang) has been granted a high-tech enterprise certificate.

According to provincial officials, the two enterprises met all required criteria for high-tech certification, including the proportion of revenue generated from high-tech products, spending on research and development (R&D), and the share of employees directly involved in R&D activities.

The certification is valid for five years from the date of issuance and allows the companies to access incentives and support policies under Vietnamese law.

Bac Ninh currently has 32 science and technology enterprises. Under the province’s 2026 development plan approved by the provincial People’s Committee, authorities aim to certify six additional science and technology enterprises this year.

Provincial officials said expanding the number of technology-driven enterprises would help accelerate research, technology transfer and innovation, while creating higher value-added products, improving labor productivity and strengthening competitiveness.
