The draft also included compensation for aquaculture losses where species cannot be relocated and lack official production procedures. The project requires National Assembly approval and is subject to a government resolution issued on August 14, 2025, granting special mechanisms and policies.
The PPC Chairman Tuan endorsed three proposed support measures, praising the department’s preparations. He urged agencies to finalize the draft quickly, issue detailed guidance and consider additional policies to accelerate land clearance for other priority projects.
The meeting also discussed tuition support for children in preschools, students in public and private schools as well as learners in private institutions offering the national curriculum.
The draft regulation sets tuition levels for public kindergartens and schools, along with a list of service fees and mechanisms for managing collections and expenditures in the public education system starting from the 2025-2026 school year.
