Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai attends groundbreaking ceremony for mixed-use residential project
BAC NINH - Nguyen Hong Thai, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the II-HH11 mixed-use residential, commercial and service project in Subzone No.2, Tan Tien Ward on March 14.
Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Lam Thi Huong Thanh, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council, and Pham Van Thinh, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee and head of the province’s National Assembly delegation.

The II-HH11 project, part of Subzone No.2, will cover 5.84 hectares and is designed to accommodate around 3,000 residents. It is being developed by MIK Group Vietnam.
The project aims to build a synchronized urban complex comprising three high-rise residential buildings, 28 terraced houses constructed in shell and finished on the exterior, and a 25-storey commercial and service building (hotel) with a basement, alongside modern technical infrastructure.

Under the plan, the project will feature high-rise residential blocks, terraced housing and a commercial-service complex supported by integrated infrastructure systems, including transport, electricity supply, water supply and drainage, lighting, telecommunications and landscaped green spaces.
The project has a total investment of more than 3.477 trillion VND (132 million USD) and an operational term of 50 years. Construction is scheduled to be completed within 93 months.
Once finished, it is expected to provide a modern living space while expanding commercial and service facilities for residents and experts working in the area.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh said the II-HH11 mixed-use residential and commercial project is one of the key developments contributing to the completion of urban infrastructure, expanding development space and improving the quality of urban services in the province.
He acknowledged the efforts of the investor, relevant departments and local authorities in completing procedures to make the project eligible for construction.

The provincial leader urged the investor and contractors to mobilize resources to ensure the project is implemented on schedule, maintain construction quality and strictly comply with regulations on investment, construction, labour safety and environmental protection so that the project can soon be completed and put into effective use.
At the ceremony, delegates performed the groundbreaking ritual, officially launching the project. Once completed, the development is expected to become an architectural highlight and contribute to the province’s modern and sustainable urban development.
